Hello!

Here is some good news: the community is growing and there are many very interesting forum posts, images and videos. Currently there are over 1000 different topics, with about 3800 posts. And just a few days ago, the Facebook page has reached 1000 likes and it too continues to grow every day. A big thank you to all! I certainly enjoy reading the different posts and get the impression that many others do too.

At this point, I do want to encourage everyone to contribute to the magazine as well. Currently I am struggling a bit to fill the pages. I am therefore inviting everyone to contribute articles and images – even short ones are OK.

I have also had several requests for additional videos: microscope buying advice, using an oil imerssion objective, etc. I am very thankful for these requests and will try to fulfill them.

Many thanks for all the hard work you do to keep the website, magazine, and forum going and up-to-date. You are, of course, most welcome to use any of my images at any time, and I'll try to contribute a short article (it may take me some time but I'll do my best).

I received an email with a suggestion, which I think is quite nice: If you have any article requests, then you could post these to this forum as well. Other people, who might have some experience about a certain topic could then write a few lines about it.
