Very nice, luca. Nice clarity in the cilia, too: do you know what shutter speed you used?

I don't remember exactly, i think i used the manual shutter 1/10 or 1/20 sec. to "freeze" the image (Paramecium has often fast speed!!! 
) . The image was underexposed but after i corrected luminosity and contrast via software
