Re: Introduction
They are all E-Bay scopes. Each one has been "completed" by combining several partial scopes. In a few cases the scope was purchased "whole". Total dollar investiture is probably less than what some individuals try to get for a single scope on E-bay.

Later I plan on doing videos of each scope. I am supposed to be writing a book this year so I should be posting some interesting videos etc.

Re: Introduction
It was photobucket. It opens an entire album where I put about 34 photos so I guess it can be overwhelming initially.

Re: Yet more from the Haematococcus culture jar
The spiky creature could be a Heliozoon. Difficult to tell what genus. So I will throw several out to start conversation:
Heterophyrs
possibly Acanthocystis or Oxnerella.
With some closer observation we could possibly key it to genus.

Introduction
Hello Everyone. I am attaching some shots of my lab. I prefer to use the Leitz Laborlux 12 or my AO 20 series with DIC. For phase/contrast I use the AO 120 series. Eventually I will settle on a single scope from each category- compound, stereo and inverted. I will post additional pictures as time pe...
