What Vanox is it, the old mechanical AH or the more modern electronic AH2? I am not sure, hence my appreciating in advance your patience with my lack of knowledge in this area! I would say that it is the old mechanical kind. I do not see any sort of electronics like in some if the google/ebay/every...

Hello! I have an Olympus Vanox with all sorts of lenses and a Polaroid piece on top. I have no clue what these are valued at and am having a hard time identifying the piece as a whole. I have an American Optic Microtome Knife that I acquired at an estate sale that I have no use for. It measures 4-1/4" and comes with the case.
