rnabholz nice images, BTW is your 70D on a stand separate from your microscope or attached to the microscope?
When I tried my new 70D last year the results where not good it vibrates in a way the 40D doesn't even in silent mode.

MicroInspector, what you are probably not appreciating (when I started out I didn't either) is how thin your specimens need to be. The cover slips we use are about 0.17mm thick. Specimens need to be at least ten times thinner then the cover slip to produce good images Your objectives will be correct...
