Go to the bottom of the comment you are writing, there are two tabs, one that says "Options" and one that says "Attachments". Click on the attachments one and I think you can upload your own photos directly as long as they are 1024 pixels and 500kb Size as mentioned before.

Amazing thread, I have been an astronomy enthusiast since I was a kid and I am not interested in learning about the micro world instead of the macro one...
