Seems to work well. It does mess up at times. If the light changes from bright to dark or vice versa the camera appears to stop working. It gives a white screen. Closing then reopening the iris on the microscope brings back the image. I cannot seem to post videos to this site or cannot figure out ho...

What would be a good procedure to preserve a nematode under a permanent slide? Stain to use, suspension liquid, slide sealer .... Links to articles or comments appreciated.
