Nice image, just need some cheesy music and a terrible script.....
Some details on the process would be appreciated. Most of my dealings with nematodes are as eggs.

Re: Where to buy circular slide cover?
I recently bought a pack of super cheapos from China and have been pleased with the result so far, reasonably round, not seen any with scratches or other flaws yet and within thickness tolerances I'd expect (not great, but reasonable given the price)

Wow, you sound like you know your stuff, maybe you can tell me if its possible to replace/upgrade the shitty stage of an Eclipse E200 LED to a better one that is machined does not use an actual belt and of higher quality. Its ridiculous how jerky the E200 stage is. Maybe you know if they make a sta...

First of all, Nice to see Oliver's face icon. Enjoy his videos etc... On Youtube and Blogger- There is a "REPORT ABUSE" button. To add just a tad more, I would look at PVOH-Glycerin as a mountant for starting out as it's pretty forgiving, easy to clean up, inexpensive to make, and works on a lot of different subjects. The main focus for this paper is botanical samples, but it can work with other subjects. https://www.mobot.o...

If parasitology is an interest, perhaps see if anyone you know has livestock. I do fecal egg counts and it's an excellent way to get interesting samples and to train your mind to recognize debris. I use McMaster slides as they make counts easier, but they are not absolutely required.

That does not look to me liike a fluke, perhaps a bit of plant fiber?
I see none of the details I would expect to see in a fluke and the "body" lacks the form I am familiar with (not that I am a fluke expert, by any means).

Re: Can the same videography quality be achieved from a binocular head compared to a trinocular head?
In most trinocular heads there's a prism or the like that diverts the light path through the camera port rather than to the eyepieces, in such a setup you get the full intensity of the light to the camera. With a bino head you will typically get a 50/50 split of the available light so the camera wil...

I have a dual 3W LED gooseneck, not quite the same as 150w fiber optic, but it's better than nothing. The draw were the plan objectives, but seeing as I'd be using camera/cell phone I'd imagine it wouldn't make all that much difference anyway? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but a short focal length planoconvex lens like you would see for an aux lens mounted at the bottom of the condenser (plano toward condenser, convex toward light source) should correct that, yes?
