Beautful! As Jan says, it's not F. atra, which, in addition to having a pointed posterior, has very dark pigmentation. This is probably Frontonia angusta.

Great video! It's not cell division, but conjugation (mouth-to-mouth ciliate sex!).

These are haptorid ciliates (e.g. Enchelys, Paraenchelys, Enchelyodon, etc.).

I've never seen anything like this before.

I have optiphot-2 dic microscope. I didn't use it. I just kept it. This microscope have four objective. 10, 20, 40, 100 plan fluor, and four objective prism 10, 20, 40, 100(oil), and dic condenser with lambda plate. Can anyone tell me how to set up for dic. I googled, but I couldn't find the manual....
