Tip of a Horsetail frond at various magnifications
I found a Horsetail growing in the garden and broke off a piece, set up my LED for reflected microscopy and took some shots with my phone over the eyepiece. 20 100 200 and 250x http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/Dawnrider/Micro%20Worlds/20x_zps9pf3kcpt.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/Da...

A favourite old book of mine
I've had this book for years, and I love it. In fact I'm gonna read it again. Never come across another copy or heard of the author before. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/Dawnrider/PicsArt_1439415307374_zpsd7hkrpk2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/Dawnrider/PicsArt_1439415380926_zpsg...
