No I used the LED light for reflected light microscopy

I saw one of these on crustaceans come up on bookmooch but it was in America

I will look for some of those older books on bookmooch.com , a free book exchange site.

The same image but captured with my usually superior Canon compact produces an image with lots of apparent CA!

I found a dead Owl Midge (Psychodidae) and popped it under the scope. It was quite bulky so hard to see.
