Image stacking is common practice with macro photography.

A true macro lens has an inherently shallow depth field, and as such an object with any depth to it, may require a considerable number of images to be taken at different focus points

I would hope that a Bresser microscope with Plan objectives, would have suitably matching eyepieces to go with it Bob.

I wasn't thinking about changing the achromat objectives on my existing scope for Plan ones, but a whole new microscope.

The TFM301 would be ideal Alan, as it is the same body as the TRM301, but with semi-plan objectives.

Unlike it more expensive brother, the TFM301 has LED lighting.

Now if Bresser could supply the TFM301 with Plan objectives, that would be the ideal solution.
