I bought a AO100 in 1987 and used it for 30 years. I just sold it last month. It was still working fine when I sold it. It used infinity optics.
I sold it to a co-worker for $150 and threw in a dark field condenser.

Probably 4x would be fine. I'm looking for a Zeiss black enamel POL to match these though. I don't have a 1x on any of my microscopes. I don't know if I've ever seen one. I could probably use one. Objectives: 2.5x, 2.5x, 6.5x and 10x.
Adjustable analyzer, 1/4 lambda plate. LED light source.
Might be willing to trade one of the 2.5x's if anyone has something different...

My microscope seems to be missing some critical parts to the filter block for the epi-illumination. The cap is here, but nothing inside. I see now that this has a "9902", and the same head on the smaller microscopes has a "9901". They seem to be preordained at the factory for their ultimate fate, as either for a Standard or a Universal.

OK, Thanks. Let me post two more photos to better illustrate my problem here. No matter which way I turn the assembly, the "V" of the binocular is facing down instead of up. The binocular needs to spin on the little angled connector (sorry I don't know the name of this piece).

OK, I moved the binocular head from one microscope to another. Now it's upside down. I known I have seen this exact head mounted facing the other way- so there should be a way to spin it on its axis. I am missing the bolt that holds in the binocular head dovetail on the Zeiss Universal... Actually, It seems to be an assembly of bolts, springs and plungers that fits into a threaded hole. OK, now I know what to look for. One more question: Do the turrets always have RMS threads, or do they vary depending on the application? Or do they all have M24 threads?

The low-resolution photos in the manuals combined with the less-than-optimal photos on ebay sometimes make it hard to decide what part I need, especially when I've never seen one in real life.
