I use a Leitz orthoplan trinocular microscope. The camera is a Panasonic lumix G9 I also use for bird photography. It is connected to the microscope with a cheap 0.5x adapter. For this video (and 95% of my video's) I use oblique illumination.

Thanks for all the compliments.
Could be, but I don't now. This is the first time I heard of coelomocytes. I have read now what coelomocytes are, but cannot recognize them. The round things maybe kind of coelomocytes?

Tardigrade eating
This tardigrade is eating. The colored stuff in its body is food in its stomach, I suppose. I wonder what de many roundish/ovalish things in its body are.

unknown ciliate
This ciliate has a pyriform shape and is about 75 microns long. It has a round macronucleus roughly in the center of the cell. The CV is a little further to the rear side. It rotates fast en has grooves in its length direction. I found nothing like it in my ID keys and have no clue about what it is....

ID of round ciliate
I found this round ciliate in my pond. I see the CV, but I do neither see a macronucleus, nor a mouth. Only round ciliate I found that looked a little bit like is was in some video's of Trachelius ovum, but I would be surpirised if this is the right ID.

ID of large flatworm
I found this flatworm in a ditch nearby. The length of its body is about 320 microns. Its tail is of about the same length. I never saw a flatworm with such a long tail. When I first saw it it was wiggling frantically, like nematodes do. There are some oval shaped details in the body, with in betwee...

ID of this hypotrich
I found this hypotrich in a ditch nearby. It is about 85 microns long. Looking at the cirri and the CV - close to the rear end - it looks (to me) mostly like Holosticha pullaster in Foisners identification key.

Is this Vahlkampfia?
I found this nice Amoebe in my small pond. It moves relatively fast and is about 100 microns long, depending on its shape of course. I have been trying to ID it and to me it looks like Vahlkampfia. I don't know what the large clear, 'bubble like' thing in its body might be. There's also another, les...

Holophrya?
I found this ciliate in my small pond. I think it's a Holophrya, because I see a food basket at the front, a CV at the rear side and central, a little to one side, a macronucleus. It has also some longitudinjal striping. Its length is about 60 microns.
