I believe when measuring a photo image the photo must be in .tiff anything else such as .jpg etc. will not measure correctly. This is with my OMAX 5mp camera & ToupView. Now that I've had both AmScopes for several months now, I found having purchased the 16X eye pieces a good investment for the money. I use them as much of the time as the 10X. Not sure if OMAX sells 15X or 16X and not expensive for future purchase. ---------------------------------------------------...

Most of my images have been changed to jpg from tiff so unable to measure them, those I Measured are 220, 235, 238 and 176um. Many of them are well over 200um (235um) long, the smaller ones I was able to get descent images of
are 10 um +/-.
40x for the long and 100x oil small ones. Some of my first using oil.

Excellent image, keep them coming.

Will try Longer PVC with a slot near the very top so different size dots can be placed & removed
easily. Plus reduce the dot size for the higher power objectives might just work.
