Re: BH-2 Focus adjustment question
If the focus is stiff, and especially if it has noticeable hysteresis, then the grease is thickened and the scope needs service. This folder contains two PDFs that describe how to fix the focus mechanism: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1bUoWPdyZ_1TQav7QpnH_SuXsLG0HW34d Carl Awesome! Thanks!!!

Thanks friends. Grasshopper is in heaven.... ...so the "Boss" from dealcorner.com is actually a photo tube expert. Interesting, this one looks like it could fit. Is this what Alan meant by F Adapter? Do you think it will fit on the mtv-3 silver end?

Right so here is my best effort (and the Nikon sales guy's best effort) to find a lens adapter. So I could glue it to the black flange (better) or directly on the silver end of the mtv-3 tube. Sound Ok? And more important general question about the diameter of the mtv-3 terminal end.... 1) why so sm...

Thanks!!! ...there is written:
"For Nikon F camera bodies, it is not possible to make an adapter, but it is possible to remove the OM mount from the Photomicro Adapter L and attach a Nikon F mount."
So no standard lens adapter for MTV-3 to Nikon according to Alan Wood? Did I get that right?

Re: BH2 BHS MTV
Thanks Scarodactyl. That makes sense. And if I lay the camera, without the big camera lens/zoom, directly on the silver MTV-3 tube, it sits there fine. But does one attache the camera to the silver flange on the MTV-3? Should the physical connection just be improvised (e.g. duct tape)?

BHS Voltage
Hi friends, This BH-2 BHS Olympus microscope came ftom the usa. I see in the manual, you can select 100v or 110v. I am no expert, but I think here in Austria the voltage on a regular plug is something like 220v. That would be bad. Amy tips? Just buy a plain vanilla voltage adapter? Thanks Tom Webp.n...

Actually, that was a BH part not a BH-2 part. While it might work, time will tell, I am still in the market to buy a BH2-NA Intermediate Tube Analyser with DIC slider.
