LOMO Microscopes

#1 Post by Francisco » Thu Jan 25, 2018 4:37 pm

For years I have acquired different models of LOMO microscopes and accessories. I like these microscopes and, little by little, I want to acquire more models.
Some models:

Hi Fancisco,
thank you for showing this impressive line up. In Germany the angular Biolam (your second one from left) and the right of your stereo microscopes are well known. The others are scarce.

I just bought a microscope like your third one from the left, see my new thread. Do you have more information on this microscope? So far I haven't found a manual or at least a listing of the available components for it.

This model can use all LOMO accessories; contrast phases, oblique lighting, dark field condenser ... etc

Beautiful family of stands you have collected, Fransico. Thank you for showing your collection to us. Is one stand in particular your 'work horse stand' for the excellent images and videos you post for us? Charlie guevara

Thanks for your comment.
A few years ago I used some LOMO. I currently use the PZO.
I like more the LOMO but, unfortunately, there is no DIC system for these microscopes. I have tried the adaptation of the PZO DIC system in the LOMO but the results were very bad.
