Here’s a pair of very early Twentieth Century Bosch and Lomb stands.
On the left, is a 1916 jug handle microscope, the first B&L I bought.
On the right is a 1902 model B (I believe), and the last one I get to buy for a while.
Enjoy

Re: A pretty pair
A nice looking pair!
I'm curious about the objective on the 1902 model, looks like about 10X. Is the focal length marked in inches or millimeters?
I think Bausch & Lomb switched from inch to metric measurements around 1900 or thereabouts.
I have an objective that looks like that one, marked 2/3-inch. When the company started marking their objective focal length in millimeters, the 10x objective became 16mm.

Desertrat
Yes it is a 2/3” 160mm objective.
I have an 1890s student scope that has a 1” 160mm objective.
The ocular just says 1. Looks like 10x.
Dang! I forgot to move the phone again.
