I have a microscope Brunel SP 30 with targets 4,10,40 and 100x and 10x ocular proof change the eye by one astronomico (SP 25 SkyWatcher Wide Angle (25mm)) which gave a beautiful view, the question is: how calculate the expansion?
(X).mm = 4.25: 100x?
df (mm) / mm =?
I would like to know out of curiosity.

Total Magnification is calculated by multiplying the magnification of the objective by the magnification of the eyepiece.
For example: 100x objective x 10x eyepiece = 1000x Total Magnification as in your original configuration,
not sure however what the magnification of your SP 25 SkyWatcher Wide Angle would be.
Do you find it magnifies the image more than the 10x did?
If it magnifies it by a lot more you might want to look at the link below on Empty Magnification.

A practical way to find out would be to take a photo using the 10x and another using the SP 25 (both with the same objective) and measure the difference.
For example: 100x objective x 10x eyepiece = 1000x Total Magnification as in your original configuration,
