HOMEMADE

Very easy and economical microtome.
Materials: bronze bushing 30 mm long x 32 mm in diameter.
Inner diameter: 20 mm.
Screw 10mm thread with nut (better if millimeter step)
Screw to fix the nut to the bushing.
Fixing material: carrots - potatoes.
Internal bushings of the bushing.
1 coin of slightly smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the hub.
Razor blade - cutter.
And to try !!!!!!

That looks like a functional microtome.
I made a similar one a while back - if you wet the top, the knife will slide better.
Any problems finding the right size carrot? ;)

do not. The short with a punch to the exact diameter.
