dslr nikon 3100 to zeiss opmi nc 1 surgical microscope

I'm a brain surgeon from Argentina trying to connect a nikon dslr 3100 to a zeiss microscope and it seems like I don't find the way to do it. I wonder if you could tell me what I am required to buy and I'll do it with you. Our intention is to record hd video from the camera to a 64 gb sd memory card and also a live view through the hdmi cable to a tv.
I send you also pictures of my surgical microscope and the adaptors I have. We cannot record from the eye piece so we have and inbetween part where you could attach the camera. Also I send you pictures of two adaptors. I think it's better to use the one that says f:74 that is the one we were recording through a sony analogic camera before.
May be we don't need at all these adaptors. I'm really confused and I need an expert opinion on the field

Please upload the jpg file directly, not the zip.
What is the cable for? This does not look like an SLR adapter. The numbers look like f-stops on a camera, however.

There are specific DSLR microscope adapters available:

But I do not know the specific requirements of your system.

According to the Zeiss web site, only video and compact cameras are supported.
