About 100µm, South America. (green moss scrapings)
Sorry for the rather plain description but I have no idea where to start on an ID - suggestions welcome
This is from the petri dish in which I put some moss scrapings + a little water.
Sample contains rotifers, at least one cladocera, testate amoeba and cyanobacteria, among other things.
So when I say alga, all I am saying is that it is green and small!
