Found in a freshwater duck pond. I have come to believe it is of the Loxodes genus, although I do not have enough experience to say for certain. Any help is appreciated.

It's not Loxodes. It looks somewhat like a dileptid, but it's hard to be certain from such a short clip. Do you have more footage?

From the looks of things, dileptus certainly does seem more likely. Unfortunately the only other pictures I currently have are these:
