Help ID please

Any idea what kind of creature this is?
Magnification 1000x
Found in human saliva

It is the round organism in the middle that seems to bubble with internal bacterias.

The "internal bacteria" could also be cell organelles that are moving. I can not say anything about the type of cell, the 2-part nucleus is interesting. Certain white blood cells have lobed nuclei, but I do not know if this one belongs to that category.

Thank you Oliver! You may be right. However, I think the "organelles" is moving so fast, I assumed they were something else.
