i want to buy a cheap two hand camera to record 1080p vedio ,what about rmirrorless cameras ?
you use this camera ,right?

I do. I have a somewhat dated Olympus E-P2 which is a Micro Four Thirds Camera.
This model and I believe the E-P1 are prone to vibrate when the shutter is activated.
Because of this I don't have mine connected to the microscope but suspended above it.
I think the newer Olympus Pen models have less of a vibration problem.

One can use any number of cameras to take photographs through the microscope, my model is ok but there are better.

What lens you use and how you set the camera up depends on the microscope and the method you are using.
