A Large Something Or Other In The Vermicompost Tea!

#1 Post by lperepol » Mon Dec 24, 2018 12:14 am

A critter in vermicompost tea after 8 days of aeration.
Is it a Red Wiggler earthworm (Eisenia fetida) or a Nematode?
From previous observations when I aerated I saw that Red Wigglers die off and float to the top then sink. I do not think a red wiggler can survive in compost tea.
So do not think it is a Red Wiggler.

Perhaps I do not have red wigglers in my worm bin but something else or red wigglers plus, plus?
