Basidiospores are the haploid product of meiosis, so that is not what we're seeing here (after germination, the spores will form monokaryotic hyphae, but division will be mitotic).

I think the larger granules in the spore are likely to be the nucleus and various lipid bodies/droplets (these can be fairly large).
