Can someone tell me what I am seeing in center

This is musambi fruit, a citrus fruit, outer skin slice under a microscope at 1500x. 100x with oil immersion and 15x eyepiece.

I see transparent cells but what is the circle in center. I can see things moving inside the circle?
Is it some cell organelle or my 100x objective touching the coverslip hard.

Hi, looks like a cell-nucleus to me.
The movement within is very likely Brownian-motion as this is live tissue. most live cells (plant) appear essentially transparent.

Nice clear focus on the nucleus, if that's indeed what it is.

Hmm, actually, this may be the nucleolus, found within the nucleus - there appears to be a somewhat flattened nucleus around it? Difficult to tell exactly but that would be my best bet.
