A cyst of a protozoa ?

I have seen this organism enough times to suspect it is common, but I cant seem to track it down (and I am inexperienced in tracking down). The closest I come is some kind of protozoan cyst, although these don't seem to have cilia ? The size was around 50um diameter.
The "stem" protrusion at the bottom is not part of this organism.

Thanks,

You can see a contractile vacuole pumping so I'd say its not a cyst. Could be a detached vorticella or some other ciliate.

Great video btw, I really like the quality!

Could be a detached vorticella ...
Agree, though I would stick with the much more general ID of Peritrich

Ahh thank you Wes and 75RR. Last night I had a view of a detached vorticella that looked very much like what I had been seeing, so I will go with Peritrich.
