In order for people to help to need to state the basics: Where you found the sample and what the magnification is of the sample, at least. Without those two most basic pieces of information there is no chance of any help. They could be pollen grains, they could be spores, did you stain them or is that their natural colour, (which is what I suspect) but you see I am guessing. More info please.

Probably a Chlorococcus, Oocystis, or Sphaerocystis species.

The sample is from a small non-potable fount. The colors are natures and it will have about 400x-600x.
