Neutrophil?
No Idea what this Microorganism is. Can someone help.
It looks like Neutrophil White Blood cell but it is most probably not it.

I don't think so. You can see many other things whizzing across the slide that make it more likely to be an amoeba going about it's business in a water sample.AllMicroscope.com wrote:No Idea what this Microorganism is. Can someone help.

If a person had all these things whizzing around in their blood they would be in pretty bad shape.
Look closely at time 0.19 and 0.33, you can see what looks like a large ciliate zip across the visual field. You won't find this in a blood sample.
And you don't see any red blood cells anywhere.
The link Charles posted, on the other hand, is. You can clearly see the red cells as well as the white cell chasing it's prey.

What if the person that took the video mixed the blood with water or something?

The person explains that this is white blood cell and you can see all the same wizzling things everywhere.
However on second 13 on my video you can see a tail and i don't know if white blood cells have these...

I won't argue "what ifs". It would be silly to mix blood with water.

Definitely an amoeba, possibly Vahlkampfia patuxent.

To see the blood cells in action, you would need to dilute the blood with an isotonic solution, like normal saline. If it is not isotonic, it would cause lysis or destruction of the cells like whats in the second video Allmicroscope linked to. The unsterile glass slide/cover slip or non-sterile dilutant probably introduced the bacteria.
Allmicroscope, if you look at the video which I linked to, you will also see a 'tail'. And also in your first video, I think you can faintly see the outlines of the erythorcytes.

Without question, this is by no means a neutrophil, no matter the environment.
