Hi,
I would like to find the pin outs for the 6-pin connector to a Leica LED lamp. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you reached out to Technical Services at Leica. You can find the local office via the website. www.leica-microsystems.com
I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but keep in mind the controlling electronics are located in the base of the DM4K/DM6K

Sure I can try Leica. But normally you just get a sales person and they don't want to waste time on such things.

Sales will not spend time on questions of pin outs, that is the domain of the repair service and you need to get to that part of the operation. You also need to be sure that is where you problem originates. If you have a failure, is it due to the electronics that drive the illumination source,.

I have had some luck with Leica, which surprised me. Their sales people did redirect me to technical support for some questions, many of which they could answer. Surprised me, given how small my order was and how I'm clearly not a big fish.
Then again, they gave me the wrong part number and I ended up buying a ~250$ serial cable instead of the part I needed (they did send a prepaid return label and give me my money right back) and they never got me the right number, so results were mixed.
