Olympus U-CFU Confocal Unit

Hi,
If anyone has ever worked with an Olympus U-CFU Confocal Unit, please let me know. There are three pull out rods, and so far they seem to be locked down so I'm trying to hunt down why things like the through versus CF prism block won't move. Even opening up, it's hard to easily figure out what might be holding it. So I don't want to break something.
