What is this Zeiss part?

I guess it’s the 8752 that recently sold on ebay :D

... if not, then there must be at least two of them !

I bought an Axiomat filter, they sent this item instead. Since they lost the Axiomat filter, they said refunded and don't want this part back. So what is it? It has side slots for a slider, and optical corrections top and bottom. So it must be a fixed focal length objective system.
