Starts out looking like the book to end all books, but I don't think it is a "complete guide" but a lot of material!!!!!!

I didn't read it yet so that's just a first impression of skimming through the pages. A lot of color pics!!!

I am new to all this. I did not see anything about Copepods, water fleas....

I guess this is all a different class of life.

Thank you, Dennis, for providing this link. This is supposed to be one of the best books on the subject, as I recall. The book is about single-celled animals; copepods and water fleas are outside the scope of the book since they are mutlicellular.
