According to Amazon it hasn't been released yet. " Insect Microscopy Paperback – April 1, 2017 "
Sounds like it might be a good book in the description.

Insect microscopy is currently available on UK Amazon, paperback, from £8 to £16 (roughly) plus £3 postage. I haven't seen it, but am hoping that Santa Claus might have.
