Although this is a Spanish-language site, it is easily navigable using Google Translate once in a while. The manuals are usually in English, and are all pdfs, I think. Lots of Olympus & Zeiss microscope manuals, some even service manuals. Not so much AO, Reichert, Nikon. The above section is the electromedicina, which seems to have all the microscopes, but you might look around in other categories. $9 gets you unlimited downloads for a month. You can also upload manuals of your own to their site.
