A compendium for botanical histology?

#1 Post by MicroMan2 » Sat Feb 16, 2019 11:42 pm

Unfortunately due to my ineptness with technology, I've lost my bookmarks containing precious books on botanical micro technique. :(
I want to slowly rebuild my collection once more and so I would like to create a thread for all of us to share links.

I'll start this thread with Chamberlain's Plant Histology: https://archive.org/details/methodsinpl ... am/page/68

I can sympathize.. From the worn out, old cliche, "BEEN THERE, DONE THAT".....

Thanks. Interesting "equipment"in the early pages. The microtome used for the "best sections" on page 9 is to me an insolt:
"I've never seen one like that".
