Hi,

I have the USA price list of Wild microscopes and their parts in 1975 that someone had scanned to pdf. Would that be of interest and is there a place here on the forum for such things?

It has just the coumpound scopes but going through all the accessories just amazes me...there's no shortage of interesting things. Even a hot/cold stage existed

I tried but the file is way too big. Limit is 2MB and it's 15MB.

No, it's on my laptop. And links to internet locations tend to break when time passes. That's why I was asking if there's a place here for more permanent resources.

You downloaded it from somewhere, was my point about a link... Maybe you can email the forum owner Oliver Kim and ask about it...

I can't remember anymore if I downloaded this particular file from somewhere or if it was on a DVD that I bought about 9 years ago. The DVD had roughly 30 different Wild brochures, user manuals and even a few repair manuals on scopes, macroscopes, Wild photo systems etc. They had been scanned from paper originals. Now I'd like to share those too but would need to check copyright issues first. It' a bit of grey zone I suppose. They for sure did not own rights to any of the paper originals, Wild Heerbrugg did. If the company that sold the DVD doesn't exist any more, then there's no issue for sure, right?

Ok, I'll verify that when I get back home. I am on a work trip now and those files plus a document with the company's name on it are there.

I'll also ask the site owner here about the file size issue. I don't think there's any chance to squeeze them to 2MB, the quality would probably plummet to pretty horrible.

Have you tried a zip program to compress it?..

Turns out that the file was indeed part of that set I purchased. So I can't put it up here. Sorry for getting hopes up
