WTB: Zeiss Universal, Photomicroscope II or III stand

Recently, after about 25 yrs of use in my hands, the fine focus on my Zeiss PM III failed and it can't be repaired. I am in need of a Zeiss Universal, PM2 or PM3 stand in which the coarse and fine focus work smoothly. All I need is the stand.

It helps to know where you are located for shipping costs. You can just replace the whole focus block.

Hi Charles,

I am located in Cary, NC, near Raleigh. I know that the focus block can be replaced but I am concerned about any alignment issues that may (or may not) be addressed. It also seems that Universal/Phomi stands are more common than focusing blocks.

It's held on with like 6 bolts, there are no alignment issues. I actually have an extra and I'm in Raleigh.

also note that the Zeiss Stand WL focus block is the same as used on Phomi and Universal.
I used a Phomi focus block to fit it on one of my Zeiss Standard WL.
