Looking for the AO Cycloptic trinocular adapter

I'm looking to buy the trinocular adapter for the AO Cycloptic microscope: Trinocular Cycloptic (Photographic Tube Adapter [PTA] - AO No. 638)
Anyone happen to have one they are willing to part with? I'm enjoying using my Cylcoptic quite a bit and it would definitely be better suited to taking sand photographs than my AO 10 & 20.
