Baker Microscope (Still Looking)
Baker Microscope (Still Looking)
Hi Everyone
I wonder if anyone can help me locate either a good clean binocular (preferable) or a monocular head for a Baker 1380 microscope. It could be called an ES model and is in grey. I do have one but the prisms are "misty" I have had it professionally cleaned but still not ideal, any help will be appreciated. I am away from the computer for a few days so I will not be able to thank you straight away.

Re: Baker Microscope
I might have one but I can't relate it to the model 1380 or ES. If you post a picture of yours, I could tell.

hi apochronaut
Thanks for contacting me. I am trying to up load photos but not successfully. All the formats and sizes I'm used to working with aren't accepted. Will keep trying.

Before uploading an image, you have to resize it down to 1024x1024 or thereabouts. The forum doesn't like megabyte images.

I don't think I have that one but I will look when I am there. The head isn't with me. I don't recall the extension carrying the telan lens.
Re: Baker Microscope
Hi apochronaut
Thanks for taking time to reply. I think the extension piece is probably removable, I didn't want to disturb the optics again.
