Leitz Orthoplan COMPLETE phototube and optics for camera connection

Hi all, you may know by now that I'm selling my Leitz system and have just listed the complete, 5-piece, genuine Leitz photmicrography system that connects a camera to the photoport of the Leitz Orthoplan microscope. A very rarely found item complete as here.

I just finished placing it onto e-bay but thought I'd place it here also as some members also have Orthoplans.

Looks like what I have already for my Wild stereos. At least some of the parts.

Would you happen to still have the part numbers of those five? Or at least photos of them separately? I am setting up an Orthoplan system and would like to eventually put a DSLR on it, too. So that information would be gold!
