BH2 objectives for sale or exchange

I’ve decided to sell a couple of the objectives and a photo-eyepiece that came with my BH2 that I rarely (or never) use. I need “hobby funds” to invest in an NFK 1.67x photo eyepiece. I’d also be prepared to negotiate an exchange though.
Olympus LWD CPlan 40/0.55 0.7-1.3
Olympus DPlan Apo 40/0.85 UV
Olympus Photo eyepiece PE 2.5x (infinity)
All in very good condition.
I also still have a complete BH2 Teaching Kit looking for a good home.
