Seeking complete BHTU manual, or at least page 6

All the manuals for the Olympus BHTU that I can find online are the same scanned file, and all are missing page 6.
I would really like to have page 6, even if it is only a diagram or something.
If anyone knows of a COMPLETE BHTU manual, or a copy of page 6 that you would be willing to send me, I would be very grateful.
By the way, my copy came from Alan Wood's site. I found the same scanned copy on many sites, so its not like I haven't looked.

ETA: I have seen the BHS manual and it does have a page 6, but the manuals aren't the same.

Here you go. Page 6 from an intact BHTU manual. Not all that useful once you see it. But until you do, you just never know!

When I get a piece of gear I always like to obtain a copy of the owner's manual, and any other available material, to have on hand for reference. Sometimes it means I have to find a PDF online and print it out to put into a binder. I guess I'm a little picky, when there is a missing page, even if its something that isn't terribly important, it bugs the crap out of me. Now I can put this in my binder and it won't nag at me any more.
