What is your favorite microscopy YouTube channel?

Other than MicrobeHunter and its subsidiaries, what other YouTube channels do you recommend for microscopy?

"journey to the microcosmos" videos are really nice but the narration over the videos really turns me off, not that they are unscientific, but the way narrator speaks, gives me heebie-jeebies. I cannot stand his tone of voice.

I watched all "iBiology microscopy courses" episodes and they are freaking awesome. Check them out if you didn't.

What are your favorites? Of course feel free to promote your own channel.

If you have not seen this tutorial by Peter Evennett yet, then do so. Required viewing by all microscopists in my opinion.

In addition that what has been mentioned I quite like the following two:

TheMicrobiology09 https://www.youtube.com/user/TheMicrobiology09

Craig Smith https://www.youtube.com/user/MrInsight1979

Its a shame they don't post anymore cause the quality is superb (Craig Smith recently sold his excellent Universal on Ebay).

I am fond of this YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBbnbB ... Q3g/videos

Their "master of microscopes", James is a very capable microscopist. His footages are sharp, crisp and colorful. Proper use of each illumination technique for each type of specimen. Spot on Fantastic videos. The only "not so nice" aspect of their videos IMO is the way narrator speaks, it reminds me fake documentaries about seven wonders of the ancient world.

Sorry to hear that, great videos. Curiously one of my favorites was his Ode to his Universal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQW5ttGJxpM

Glad I'm not the only one! Their videos truly are amazing but the narrator's excessive vocal fry is a little off-putting

Lots of good recommendations on this thread.

I find Journey to the Microcosmos unique: the stunning images, the creative writing to tell stories from different subjects, the music, the edition... and yes, the narrator which I find awesome and super professional. I haven't seen any microscopy related project like this one on the web. From my point of view, it's the most impressive channel.

In a different way, I find Oliver's channels also unique. They are the most complete microscopy educational channels that I found on YT. Oliver is super clear -you can tell he's is a teacher right away- and shares microscopy in a friendly, non-pretensious but yet very educative way. I'm glad he does what he does and I hope he gets his DIC microscope as soon as possible.
