That image is a bit of a teaser ... can't distinguish much. ;)
What cameras are you using and how are they connected to the microscope?
Do post some closeups

Re: My photography setup
Thanks, Radazz, for show of your err workhorse stands. Is that a polarizer attachment below the Nikons trinoc head? Is the Nikon head an:F trinoc head? Is that a turrent substage phase condenser with the six settings( bf, df, ph1,2,3,4)? Are you looking for any Nikon occulars, or Nikon objectives for that Nikon stand?
Thanks for the sharing, Charlie Guevara with a lot of Nikon 160 optics.

Re: My photography setup
Didn't see this earlier.
Let's see...
Not sure about the head, but it's the one that turns to the left to change the prism to the camera tube.
Yes, that is a Nikon analyzer disk, have since moved it to a ys2t I have with that same polarizer over the field lens. Just turned an extra condenser into a dark field for that one as well.
The Axioskop is simple pol equipped, I hang an analyzer in the plastic filler where the upper prisms would go, and made a swing out polarizer from one of the filter trays. (I've posted some pix on the homemade topic of this forum.) The Axioskop doesn't normally have filter trays, but the condenser ring is still tapped for the post and filter stack. This one came attached to a black condenser ring I got from the bay so they are pretty old, but identical to the ones on the standard.
Therefore, I just use the Nikon for phase contrast, and darkfield.
Looking forward to getting some stills and vids of protozoa from my fish tank and other sources.
I've posted a few taken through my Zeiss standard, but the Nikon does nicer phase contrast IMHO with more color than the Zeiss or the Wild Heerbrugg M20, though neither is a slouch. Both are led lit while the Optiphot is halogen, so that might be the difference.
The condenser is indeed the six barrel phase contrast condenser.
The epi/fluorescent vertical arc illuminators, power supply for same, and the shutter and 35mm camera gear are stored. I believe this one can be set up for dic but I would need to throw more money at it than I can manage.
Camera is a Canon 7D (first model)
Just put a trinocular head on the Axioskop, and have finally worked the bugs out of using the remote software to capture to a laptop.
I've been stuck making and shooting pol stuff, so I'll get to the phase contrast stuff when I'm bored with that.
Hopefully I'll be posting some more pictures soon.
Thanks for all the comments,
Jim

Fortified the camera mount on the Zeiss
Current configuration of the Optiphot.
The digital camera on the Nikon is a placeholder as it shows bar distortion from the power supply
