Zeiss Microscopes axioplan ,skop Help

Hello I want to buy a infinity type of microscope and have found 2 models that look similar to me but have completely different names, nowhere have I come up with any sense to translate these unique Model names either, but alas have had no luck on the Net as well
I would certainly appreciate if anyone with knowledge in this area could shed some light on what the difference of these 2 Zeiss scopes is pros and cons.
