objectives
OK, I have ended up with a bunch of different Zeiss objectives; all seem to be different styles. Some are all black, but some are half-black and silver. One is all silver with an "F". I'm not sure how to decipher the differences between these different series. Help appreciated!

Re: objectives
You have (from left to right on the screen) 10x/0.22 Achromat, 40x/0.65 SemiPlan, 2.5x/0.08 Plan and what looks to be a 6.3x/0.16 Achromat.
Nothing to stop you placing them all on your microscope at the same time. They should all be parfocal.

Re: objectives
Hi William,
the first three objectives are Zeiss West with 45mm objective length between nosepiece and object and the image is projected to a position 10mm down the tube where it is picked up by the eyepiece. All are used with Zeiss West correction eyepieces on 160mm tube length.
The objective on the right is from Zeiss Jena, I'm not sure which objective length. The image is 13mm down the tube, tube length is 160mm.
I was used with non-correction-eyepieces and might show some colour errors at the border of the field of view.
You can just try how well it fits to the other objectives.

Re: objectives
That one on the right is more likely an Aus Jena (45mm parfocal), instead of a Zeiss Jena (mostly 32.5mm parfocal).
