Köhler illumination with integrated luminous-field diaphragm
Coaxial pinions for stage and focus adjustments
Trinocular tube for attaching C mount cameras
Durable 3W LED illumination (dimmable)
Durable LED illumination (dimmable)
The camera is a Bresser Mikrocam 5.0 with the following specs:
Resolution: 2592 x 1944 pixels
C-mount thread for easy adaptability
Adapters: 23.2mm, 30mm und 30.5mm
Professional software
But the camera is not providing enough resolution please find example pictures:

Re: Canon DSLR Adapter for Bresser Infinity Microscope
In my opinion there are three problems with your images, that interfere with image quality (including resolution):
1. Non-uniform illumination of the field of view, perhaps Kohler illumination was not properly adjusted.
2. Banding, this is due to the LED or the LED dimmer, you might try shooting at longer exposure times; or alternatively, set the dimmer to full power (no dimming) and use a neutral density filter to attenuate the brightness, if necessary.
3. Chromatic aberrations, possibly due to mis-alignment of the camera, like lack of parfocality with the eye pieces.
I would try to resolve those before switching to another camera. I believe that your camera could perform better.

Re: Canon DSLR Adapter for Bresser Infinity Microscope
I also have a Bresser Infinity. I used a spare eyepiece and the adapter from my Bresser USB camera to connect my canon DSLR 4000d camera.

It's a long post but has lots of information and reply's from Bresser about connecting DSLR cameras to their scopes.

These appear to be photos of your laptop screen?
It's hard to determine what is a camera issue and what might be a screen issue.

Re: Canon DSLR Adapter for Bresser Infinity Microscope
Did you solve the problem?
I've got the same microscope and I was looking for a camera adapter for my Canon 70d that left no black edges and with the highest possible image quality
