Now that looks like just what I need. Wish I could get my hands on a hard copy. Hate trying to read books on computers, it just ain't right. Ah well, mustn't complain ... PDF has been duly downloaded. Thanks, Bill.

What a great book! I too would love a hard copy, must start searching used book stores.
